Documents of the project were a compilation of actual news reports about Ke collected by G8. In the project, Ke again and again employed numerous cell phones and fax machines in Taipei to call/fax government agencies, judicial agencies, and media outlet to protest his dissent and to tie up phone lines in order to paralyze communication. The attacked agencies included the Presidential Office, Taiwan District Court, Taipei District Prosecutors Office, Sanchong District Office, TTV, CTS, CTV, FTV, EBC, TVBS, and SETTV.
