Based on true events, G8 wrote about the two regular routes Ke took to feed stray dogs. From Monday to Saturday, Ke would have dinner at the Phoenix Homemade Barbeque Restaurant in Taipei City or the Gourmet Homemade Barbeque Restaurant. He would collect leftovers from the restaurant and set off from the restaurant and feed stray dogs along the way by leaving plastic cartons with leftovers along the road, with the final destination being the cemetery in the mountains. Ke would only return from the mountain until he has played with dogs at the cemetery.
